The first festival of its kind in the world, New Jersey's Third Annual Mental Health Action Day Wellness Walk & Festival, themed "Self Care Sunday," aims to positively impact the lives of those grappling with mental health challenges. MHAD's mission is to transform our approach to mental health, emphasizing proactive steps over mere awareness. This movement is backed by a coalition of over 1,750 nonprofits, brands, government agencies, and influential figures from 32+ countries, all united in the belief that, much like physical health, we have the power to enhance our mental well-being through action.
